We receive this question frequently and please be advised of the following:
ALL tunes are sold for off-road use only and are to only be used on vehicles NOT registered for road use. While we do not alter emissions parameters, we are far from CA and thus have not gone through CARB testing at this time. All calibrations are done so to maximize safety, performance, and reliability. But we achieve that by only altering parameters that do not alter any emissions equipment on the vehicle.
Please do not ask us to turn off any check engine lights or disable any emissions related equipment. We are also unable to “force pass” any emissions monitors regardless of any platform used.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure legal compliance of their vehicle.
We are not liable from any damage resulting from race use, misuse, and/or excessive power output.
